Richard's response to my e-mail earlier today:

 

"As reported on the SEDI filings last week, the sales of some Crystallex shares was related solely to margin calls. As the Crystallex shares have declined so has their margin eligibility. The sales were non-discretionary done by the brokerage firm holding my shares and underlying margin account. I did not receive any proceeds from the sale and am disappointed to lose Crystallex shares.
