the 9th clause (#4) of the contract states that all periods contemplated in the contract shall not start counting until after all necessary permits are recieved.......the way i understand it, kry should'nt have had to spend much of anything since 03'....personally, i think the money would have been better spent on an "information campaign" to the locals that the hold-up has not been kry's doing, it rests with the gov.....seems the folks in sifontes dont understand this....

sorry about the whining, i've definately broken the #1 rule of investing with kry "never get emotional about a stock"..... i know this thing is going to resolve itself with much fanfare and the first couple days post permit are going to be filled with so much disinformation/hype it's going to take nerves of steel to play it right.
