I concur that it would make sense to release the news on the plans for the mining sector (including the disposition of KRYs permit\operating contract) as part of a coordinated, well thought out mining sector "package". If this is the case....we have to wait for everything to be hammered out. The upside, given this scenario, from the timeline point of view is that Hugo can get things done with a single press conference\stroke of the pen if that is his whim. It would be logical to think (in light of his recent defeat at the polls) that he may want to curry some favor with his supporters. The vote of confidence from the NA has put Uncle Hugo on the spot. In effect they have said..."hey all of you unemployed miners who have come to know KRY and the social projects they have completed...we want you to have the jobs that KRY will provide...all your savior Hugo has to do is say "yes" to the permit and you will have a better life. Apparantly...the NA rolled the dice once and won big....they put the 'road to dictatorship' decision in the peoples hands via the referendum. The People said..."Hugo...fortitude you". Now the NA has gone on record putting the KRY permit (and associated future livilihood of all of those unemployed the miners) squarely in Hugos court. So Hugo...all of us KRY longs have a question for you: "Do you feel lucky? Well do ya.....Punk?"
