stktrader:  you may be new to the KRY story so I apoligize if I am jumping all over you but its frustrating.  Members need to get their facts right.

KRY is ALREADY (repeat ALREADY) , partnered with CVG.  VZ and CVG own ( repeat OWN) all of the gold at LC.  The receipt of the permit which will go to CVG  will only allow KRY to mine it.

It has been suggested that CVG and KRY are the models for the new mining law.  It has also been suggested that because of this (ie the model for the new law) that  there is no need for the law to be passed prior to THIS permit being issued.  If someone on this board can override these statements or has better info, please do so.
