Not sure why you are bringing up oil companies into this (the new mining law and minister), yes I know that history.  Not sure that they were 'booted' out.  Methinks they just did not like the new 'arrangements', and do recall that the US is still buying his oil.

Not sure why you suggest Hugo is a murderer, but then of course, any country leader probably has blood on their hands, from political decisions, and that includes 'democracies'.

Can't disagree with "anything is possible", but then I have to ask why are you still in it since you seem to be anticipating such a negative outcome?  Are you in it?

Has John Embry stated anything in regards to KRY?  If so, please elucidate.  Would not be surprised to hear that Embry does not like VZ but then he is into African countries that do not have the greatest track records either vis-a-vis human rights so he does look at country risk.

I certainly have no inside information vis-a-vis Hugo's brain.  If I did I would probably be abe to make a few bucks consulting to KRY and others.

I am just trying to get at the facts as we know them.  Opinions of which there are many don't do us a lot of good at this time.
