does venezuela gov't shut down for the year at this time? alsowhen gov't conviens for 08 are we. crystallex mine gonna be talked about or futher discussed by gov't ??? or are just waittin for chavez signature on the document .????????? any one wanna comment or have proff of permit? russ.
