BASICALLY...

Gutierrez says that nothing had advanced since his interview 2 weeks
ago and that was because everyone involved with the project
permissions was more focused on the Referendum. He says that the
permit is with President Chavez and that all investors should remain
with confidence that this issue will have a positive result. He says
that everyone should enjoy their Christmas and take heart in the fact
that this is GOING TO HAPPEN relatively soon (possibly within the
next few days), resolution is coming, and Gutierrez has nothing but
positive sentiment regarding the permit.
