Now that the vote on the Referendum is behind us what is the next hurdle or delay for the final permit?

Shareholders have indicated the changing of the Mining Laws will not impact Las Cristinas, but is that the case? If we don't get the permit before the Ven politicians break for Christmas on Dec 15 the permit more than likely will be delayed until the Mining Laws are completed in two months. Comments please.
