When there is low vol. in any stock it can be played with by the MM.They can sell to themselves to move a stock up or down to fit their needs.

#1--Don't ever SHORT a stock with low vol. and leave the computer very long.[short squezze]

#2--Don't buy a stock with low vol. that has a chance of going up big[down the road] and sit on it. Thay will walk it down to buy it on the cheap.   ie.--KRY

There is more to it than that, but that is Trading 101 IMO.
