It boggles my mind why were are still awaiting the permit.  It can't be the concern of anyone in office for the welfare of the locals/miners/environment, otherwise it would have gone ahead at least 6 months ago.

In the abscence of any reasonable logic (unless you are one of these VZ officals) I guess December 2nd would be as good as any target date.   Actually make it Dec 3, all the paper pushers will be busy celebrating on the 2nd.
