LONGKRY12121 You talk about opinions, well just how do you kow that the permitting process is not being expedited ? The price has nothing to do with the permit. GRZ Had a low price just before they got thier half ass permit.

Also are you into reading Chavez's mind ? He is not inclined to issue the permit.( Oh yea its (inclined not inclinded.)
