We either have a management pump attempting to drive up the share price or something that has been in the works for a very long time coming to a conclusion. Again volume will be the key and we need it to accelerate as we move forward all the while the reason for the pop in (ie. news event or other) price is being researched. Someone know something and it will be either a nice story or another head fake; again volume and price action will be the key.

Even if this is a management event it is at least nice to see them attempt to reverse the down trend; the permit however would do it and wouldn't that be nice to see.
