I think it will really depend on when the permit announcement is made. 

After market or pre-market or even mid-market.   Will the stock be halted.

I am hoping for a pre-market announcement with a halt prior to open.  This will trap the last couple of million of shorts that are left.  Then we probably open at 5 or 6 to start and the shorts covering drive it to 8, but after some profit taking I think we close in the 6's the first day, and maybe mid 5s.  Remember there may be quite a few just happy to get out and move on at any profit.  5 is a double for some.

Its hard calling actual targets.  I do think there will be a big spike followed by a sharp decline and then we will slowly ascend to our true value of 9 to 11.
