 As usual with KRY, confusion reigns supreme.

With all who are tracking this thing and the digging for intel that has taken place, it would seem logical that there would be some consensus of opinion re: this latest tidbit of info re the permit.

Unfortunately as has happened in the past, everyone is left hanging trying to figure out what is going on and nobody can make any sense of anything that comes out of Vennie.

 Perhaps it is best not to try and guess anymore, just wait until we have the thing in hand and it's announced...easier on the emotions.
