 With all the buzz on the boards over the past few days, it would appear that many are expecting a significant announcement very soon re: permit.

If the Vennie officials are being true to their word and that's a big if, then it could be a great time to get some options.

I sold all my shares at a sigificant loss when we got hit in August and moved on to other money making stocks.  In the interim, I also kept a close eye on KRY daily to see what was happening.

This past week I bought some options, Jan 5 calls, based upon the volume and SP activity as it seems expectations for a near term resolution may be rising, in spite of all the negativity that still exists in the marketplace.

 To me, this represents a minimal investment with huge upside potential so the risk/reward scenario looks better than  anytime in the past.

 time will tell if I have made the right decision.
