Just thinking out loud here now....

This deal is obviously a friends and family package put together for executives of Luxor (it basically says as much).

Heavier dilution that makes it less likely that my 2.25 warrants will make it into the money...jerks!!

They have got control, and now they'll just squeeeeeeeze the profits right out of it.

The good news? 50 cents looks like a fairly safe floor if it actually hits it.
