"Even though the TSX has deferred its review of the Rights Plan, the Rights Plan remains in effect. A copy of the Rights Plan will be available under the Company's profile on SEDAR"

So confusing. It's deffered, but it's still in effect. I feel only 50% comfortable with my Shareholder Rights Plan, but I'm as green as it gets with this stuff.
