BISON GOLD RESOURCES INC. ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT AND CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURE

Bison Gold Resources Inc. has completed a non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds of $779,111.05. The proceeds of the financing will be used to finance the company's continuing exploration programs in the province of Manitoba as well as working capital and general corporate services.

The company has issued 15,582,221 units at five cents per unit for gross proceeds of $779,111.05. Each unit consists of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant. Each full share purchase warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the company at a price of 10 cents until Sept. 3, 2011.
