If share price is the ultimate indicator of company performance, I'd say the market doesn't suspect anything is going on and that August 20th warrant roll date is getting closer. Given the price level and volume, it might be a good time to accumulate...that's if you think there's a possibility for the market to think Cougar has a piece of the fairway.
