I viewed it fine with my (office 2007). It is either fixed OR or need to follow this if you do not have 2007:

It may be that if you have lower versions you may need to go to microsoft and downlaoad / install the file conversion file which allows you to view files compatible with 2007. Here is the link:

The presentation may have been created in 2007 and that is why you cannot view it. I downloaded it as a .ppsx
