PP and listing

The PP will be closed ASAP, last week $400K was spoken for. The listing to the Venture will be in January at the earliest. They have 2 people working on it full time. If it interfers with there drilling project they may put it off to drill because some of their targets(over Wallace lake) need to be done in the winter.
