That is one of the things I really like about the CNSX. It appears that they require listing companies to issue the Form 7 every month which is a complete update of any material changes or lack there of. Maybe moving to the TSX -V might not be a good thing after all. I suppose the ability to trade online at discounted fees will be a good thing however.
