COUGAR MINERALS GRANTS OPTIONS

Cougar Minerals Corp. has granted incentive stock options pursuant to its stock option plan to directors, officers and qualifying employees and consultants to purchase up to 2.75 million shares at an exercise price of 11 cents per share for a period of five years from the date of grant.
