"Environmental Impact Study for Simultaneous Phase of Exploration and Exploitation Under the Regime of Small Mining for the Mining Concession LINDEROS E COD. 600840"
From pages 182 - 209 there is a short term operational plan for a small starter pit at Linderos.
Assuming exploration drilling will be ongoing as mining the small starter pit proceeds.
See page 198 for table of estimated costs:
Mining and Transportation costs of $40 per tonne
Milling costs of $35 per Tonne
G&A expenses of $7 per tonne
Estimated costs per ounce of $726.95 from a small starter open pit containing approximately 175,000 tonnes with an average diluted grade of 3.8 - 4.5 gpt
Not too many open pits of any size anywhere in the world with a grade of +4.0 gpt ore.
If the company can hit anything close to the grades found in the first set of trench samples down to around 30 meters in depth for starters, this could indicate the potential for a multi-million ounce gold deposit from surface.
