Happy hired Toll Cross. They decided to get a partner to build the tungsten property. This will happen faster now. Tungsten goes straight to market at those grades. I'm betting they get the paper work through this summer and build in 2015. So far David has kept everything on track despite the global set backs, done it on a dime and kept the share pool small.
