This mine in Mongolia was just delayed for discussions with the government. The locals are apparently upset about the sparse water and are kicking up a fuss. Mongolia, being a dessert has little water to spare and Rio Tinto wants to divert a river. They were supposed to be shipping their first concentrate today, but neglected to get everyone onboard about the river! I guess they never thought of that.
