Hey Pat66. I won't delete your post. In fact, I hope nobody does, although there's a good chance it will disappear from the main CUU hub forum since you posted it in two places. It really belongs here in the off-topic forum.

Anyway, what you have written is fair comment. You're certainly entitled to criticize me, my approach and my thoughts. I'm a big boy, I can take it.

It's really a matter of how much each of us is willing to tolerate. You drew a line. You think I'm too harsh and you're calling me out for it. That's fine.

I drew the same line with webgogs long ago. I have stated repeatedly that his depth of geology knowledge is tremendous.

It's his sanctimonious attitude that is too much to take. At times, he has been ornery with those who have questioned his posts. When he has action taken against him by hub leaders, he throws a tantrum and threatens to leave.

Not the kind of individual that I'm going to beg to reconsider.

In addition, I'm not the only one here who has noticed his abrupt changes in stance -- highly promotional of CUU one day, knocking it the next. There are posts from others here expressing their dismay or amusement with webgogs' frequent (irrational) swings in what he's communicating about the prospects for CUU.

While what he espouses isn't going to change my mind about this investment, he can certainly cause panic among newcomers here. They might as well informed of webgogs' posting history.

Let's face it, many of us are here because of:

1) Pounds in the ground
2) Insider buying
3) Safe and beneficial location
4) Few environmental issues
5) Good relations with First Nations
6) Solid leverage in an existing back-in agreement with Teck

So if the CUU board "messiah" comes along every so often and starts spouting theories that obscure those fundamentals, and telling everyone the global economy is going to turn upside down really, really soon (remember, that same messiah professed he was going to be out of this investment over a year ago), well, it's bound to elicit a firm response.

We're down to the fine strokes with this investment. Our patience is being tested by the delays alone. Having a forum member with questionable motives putting on airs and reigniting talk of the apocalypse really isn't helping matters.
