This still puts them slightly above the rabble that's out their but well below the top notch guys. Their biggest negative is the lack of communication and market strategy is second. I don't means sp. Massively blowing just about every deadline they ever issued shows a serious weakness in the team. Conflicting answers from various departments is another issue. (Deliberate? Unknown as of now). One person I know said these guys are a bunch of bums who got lucky with the deposit. This person has never had a positive view of the deposit or cuu even before Elmer got control. I could write up a bunch of the comments from past times that would set a small fire on the OT board. They would stir things up because they are hard to refute. Some of these I've discussed with Elmer and got the er uh response. So I gave them an oopsies clause. In a giant project there will always be oopsies made.
The positives include bang for buck, social circle, quality of data, financing, open on the phone, deal making prowess and determination. If they had a more public company I think we'd see a more communicative co like BXX. A pro/con between the two is instructive. Because of these diferences I will continue to follow the co. Might not invest without seeing some changes in the USA. Might just hunker down in the bunker and wait out the year too.
