The fire sale price of 6 cents a pound is realistic if the market goes in the tank for an extended period. So we know that's the bottom line for us. I would not want to be Lumina or any of those guys in unpredictable countries. Even BAJ, which I warned Vette about, is a good example of how bad things can go if you get it wrong or the markets implode. 1.5-1.8 cents a pound for Lumina and others. I have not bothered to calc out BAJ. Funny about them though, if they revive it will be a huge gainer. All they need is to get a few permits in place and a few bucks or a new owner and it's off to the races. Yes, the sold some hedges and there's a price to pay. But, a 10 bagger none the less. It might be worth watching.
BGM has paid the price. Soon the will release a detailed study to prove what they claim. Even if they are half off they should still climb. Sometime problems are constructed. Even BAJ was just in a proxy battle (over what lol).
FYI Our gold eq is worth about 33 an ounce. or $3.50 a share not including the extras like the expenses. That probably where the $3.71 comes from. I think we are worth more because of how ugly the rest of the world is getting. Besides Canada and Mexico where else can you safely mine giant porphries?
