My guess is that we are experiencing a 2011 type of run, where everything will be based on speculation because copper is about to enter a "new zone".

Some people with deep pockets know where copper is heading and it would not be the first time that stocks move before the metal.  Would not be surprized that some forces offset their metal needs while making crazy money on the stock market at the same time.

Who is the best position to know where copper is heading?  China?  India?
