ahhh geez sibiu, could you not dispense with the auto-shakedown greeting of a new member?
Even if you are sure about your character judgement could you not give them a little slack, feed them a little more rope?  I'll learn a little from analyzing their narrative.  Don't like them?  Don't engage them.  Try a "Don't feed the trolls" approach.  If they cross the line, then there are the Agoracom rules and moderator actions that can be engaged.   

We ALL know their routine. LOL  They are only around when the price is surging.  Therefore I'm more confortable when they are around...
