Obtaining 100% of NAV (net asset value) should not be out of the realm of reality in a extreme bull copper market.
Other factors that should allow this-
canadian asset in safe jurisdiction
First Nations support
advanced asset to be mined with upside
certainty of further value add and project optimization
SC 2/SC 3/SC 4
The JV clauses- The free ride to production is a huge one! Any major/miner would love to not pay one red cent to see an enormous mine being built, billions in savings right there!
Theres also value in our buyout needing further consideration to the price we are paid out....exploration potential and SC being produced at $7-10 copper prices!
Plus the Liard interest we own.
