That's not a NPV.   I say give us 1% of that in-situ total, i.e. $810 Million USD or $1.125 Billion CAD. 

I've been pushing for $1.2 B CAD but $1.125 B is close enough for me.  Take the whole virgin-ground mining district as a free throw in.  I need to move on!
