Long time shareholder. Remember well the heady days of Vette350 and Webgogs. Just throwing this out there for discussion.
Inho, Teck will never buy Shaft Creek. They will continue their foot draging until Shaft Creek is staring them in the face. They will then announce a production go ahead, give up the ROFO in return for the right of the free ride to production, and encourage Copper Fox to find a new suiter. Teck will then come forth will all kinds of reports etc, to help Copper Fox. The more the merrier! Copper Fox will probably reach 1-2$ per share. And they will probably try to sell the whole company. Teck will also use their cozy relationship with Copper Fox to end up with a partner of their choice. Then they will be in their happy space, with 75% of a first class asset with a 25% paying partner.
Regarding timing, I'm afraid it's at least a year out.
