I've been stuck in this Cuu limbo for 14 years or so!

Fast forward today, we should all be discussing positive news release data, next steps, buyout options and timeline, but no! Still in limbo :/ news likely not coming again this week! Holidays fast approaching if not already many into vacation mode now.

News overdue! We don't know when it's coming, we are at Teck's mercy! It would be insanity if the Cuu directors decided to do this again for the 2024 programs....after the last 2 years of a debacle! The waiting and delays is super painful, it needs to end!

My fear- Elmer is actually waiting on Teck's billions in cash inflow (9 billion) before acting on a rofo. That money won't be in Teck's hands until Q3 2024!!! That's essentially another year to wait, and in Elmer's mind- since we waiting on Teck's cash, let's see what 2024 data entails :/

Its year after year of disappointment! Keeps kicking the can down the road...if we don't follow through with a sale, is Elmer liability for his words to shareholders that a sale would occur by year-end/early 2024?

Is it considered misleading investors? Just wondering.
