Good post. Sums up the disgust felt by a lot of us. If I was younger and richer I would have seriously looked into legal remedies years ago. Their arrogance and complete indifference to the minority shareholders is sickening. 

And yes I have sold most of my holdings at a substantial loss. I've kept a small amount in the unlikely event it pays off. I look at it like a lottery ticket. Little chance of winning but you never know.
