1) drill results for geotech (updated mine plan)

2) Meta study 2 years in the making

The third is actual big too but due by year end according to Elmer!
The new construction timeline from Teck's review and studies the last 3 years!

All these developments play a major role to get the fair value npv.

This new Npv coming in 2024 will play a part of the buyout value! Remember other things like -

exploration potential 

JV agreement and clauses 

pfs study announcement and permitting
