Zero chance....Teck won't do that. They delayed us the last 13 years. 

I blame Cuu. They didn't build in dates/timelines into the agreement. Very ignorant of them! You would think it's business sense to include protected dates into milestone payments. Teck knew we weren't going to see that remaining 40 million.
