Right on YN. The most frustrating thing about CF is that they have some potentially very nice/ great deposits yet do almost nothing to realize value from them. I blame EE for not providing the capital by way of loan or otherwise to move the deposits forward to sale. Supporting pp's with a few million when about a third goes to salaries is almost criminal. JMHO.
