A very detailed NR. It seems positive as far as I understood the technical aspects. 
However I always get nervous when the NR talks about the next steps which involve money they don't have; added to the expenditures required for the other projects. Even if they get all the money from the warrants it doesn't seem like it will be enough. SC better get sold by the spring or we will face another pp or some other unpalatable event.
