Message: Article about Teck

Ha!  Teck's presentatinon of only days ago shows THREE sanction decision windows opening within the next 6-14 months.  So either the presentation is pure BS or he is indirectly telling us in advance today that those 3 sanction decisions are really not that compelling and are a "no-go", for now.  Its not like they won't have the money for multiple projects by then. Strange flip flopping here, or talking out of both sides of his mouth.  IDK

In any event. Sibiu correctly points out that Teck would much prefer to rid CF before the price tag jumps with a sanction decision.

Sometimes I wonder if a better startegy for Ernesto was to never indicate to Teck an interest in selling.  Maybe right from the start Ernesto should have taken the position that he would never ever sell his interest before a sanction decision, no matter what.  Maybe Teck would have dropped all these games and just proceeded with a sanction decision a decade ago.  Teck would have made billions from Schaft Creek's 75% vs losing billions on Fort Hills and QB2.  And we would have been paid what we are due ten years ago.
