Sanctioning SC and buying out copper fox's 25% share are two different things; Copper Fox never said TECK will sanction SC later this year as far as I can remember.

From a business perspective, TECK would want to eliminate copper fox from the equation prior to sanctioning the project in order to avoid making our share very expensive.
