"Can anyone here try to find out from the TNDC how big of a solar panel installation is contemplated? It would be confirming that a sanction decision is coming if the installation size far exceeds the camp's current power needs."
Here's a photo of the array at SC. Doesn't look huge but I'm no expert on such things.
