Not looking to rain on anyone's parade as I too feel that keeping the federal bureaucracy out of approvals is a win.

But let's not forget the role of the Tahltan Nation. All indications have been that CUU and the local Indigenous people have a positive working relationship. It best remain that way because it's been shown time and again in Canada that First Nations can hold up development for years. Injunctions flow from the courts fairly regularly. 

So as long as they're on board, we're as golden as the Golden Triangle, IMO.
