The funds would go to Copper Fox.  It's their decision how to distribute them.

Many here were told that logic would be to issue a dividend to shareholders, but keep a fraction within the company to advance the other properties.

Imagine selling SC and having $25M in the bank to attack the other properties.  That would open some eyes?
