Seriously ?! The bod has been good to the shareholders? I got into this stock when the outstanding shares numbered around 250 million. Since then I have seen my initial investment diluted by half. I used to buy when the sp dropped but that also was further diluted. I bought because of comments by ES on behalf of the bod that they had a plan; buy, develop, sell and repeat. A lot of buying but no sales EVER. In fact ES said at the last AGM that they have never tried to sell an asset. What does that tell you about the bod's integrity. 

Big whoop that they are trying to help the little guy by letting them in on the pp. If they truly wanted to help us EE should buy up everything and cause the sp to get up to a respectable level so we can leave this crappy company behind us.

And yes I have sold my shares throughout the years. At one time I had almost 700 thousand shares. Now it's a fraction of that number. A lot were sold at a loss and now I'm holding onto the few left based, once again, on the comments of ES that a monetization event might happen "soon". Probably another bit of "wishful thinking" on his part.
