It's really is just a formality, isn't it? They hold these AGMs each year, as required, but there's no major milestones to celebrate, no liquidation events, no substantial headway in exploration or studies that causes the share price to pop. No real accountability for failing to live up to objectives. 

It's some skimpy answers to shareholder questions and then it's done for another year.
