If the major buys the entire CUU...lets say you're them.  Would you be paying full price for SC portion or a discounted portion? They can say that SC may not be a mine anytime soon until Teck is willing to go forward with it as they are the operator. 

That's why it won't work.  Even if Glencore wanting to take Teck piece by piece, is SC value or 25% of it hold that muhc value out of the entire Teck company?
