Maybe you can refresh my memory because I don't remember Elmer saying that.  I recall hearing something to the effect of him saying "I wouldn't be surprised if... "

Okay so it wouldn't surprise him that he'd be called out of bed to deal with an unsolicited fair offer.   Thats quite different from "...monetization planned for (a specific date / time frame) ...".

I am hearing more hopes and dreams, not mission statements.  Words matter.
