I think part of the problem is Tecks uncertainty about their own plans. They might want to wait until they have decided on their own strategy before releasing the data. It shouldn't hurt to pump up the numbers but they have slow rolled the entire project for some reason. Maybe ES liking the comment about incompetence is a shot at Teck for delaying/hiding SC.
